Men's Healing

Healing Hearts ATL recognizes that men, young men and boys need safe spaces to heal too. Many are expected to lead, provide, protect, perform, and “be strong” while silently carrying stress, trauma, emotional pain, identity struggles, relationship challenges, fatherhood pressures, peer pressure and spiritual battles.

Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and now based in the Atlanta area, Jay is passionate about mentoring young men, strengthening families, and serving communities through programs focused on faith, healing, financial empowerment and youth development. Through speaking engagements, social media and hands-on community initiatives, his mission is to inspire people to live with purpose, build strong character and create lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Healing Starts With Safe Spaces

Healing Hearts ATL believes that men, young men, and youth deserve safe spaces where they can be seen, heard, supported, and strengthened. In a world that often teaches males to suppress emotion and carry pain in silence, we are committed to creating environments where healing, vulnerability, accountability, and growth are not only welcomed—but encouraged. Through honest conversation, mentorship, and faith-centered support, we help men and youth begin the journey toward wholeness from the inside out.
